Walking for health

Walking is great for health and happiness. This programme of volunteer-led health walks, run by Westbank, offer the chance to explore the outdoors, get to know the local area and meet new friends. Anyone can turn up and join in. It is free, fun and friendly.

Please wear suitable clothing and walking shoes, and bring water bottle especially in warm weather.

Dunkeswell – level 1 walk

Weekly every Monday
10.50am – 11.30am
Meet at Highfield Sports and Social Club, 2 Culme Way, Dunkeswell, Devon, EX14 4JP

Hemyock – level 1 and 2 walks
Fortnightly on Thursdays throughout the year from 5 January
10.50am – 12pm
Meet in Hemyock Parish Hall car park, Devon, EX15 3QW

Hemyock – level 3 walk
Fortnightly on Thursday throughout the year from 12 January
10.50am – 12pm
Meet in Hemyock Parish Hall car park, Devon, EX15 3QW
