Parishes

There are 40 parishes in the Blackdown Hills, all with a strong sense of community and effective parish councils.

Blackdown Hills Community Plan

The plan helps parish councils in the Blackdown Hills to address common issues such as broadband provision, local transport and  severe weather.

The project was supported by the AONB, Devon County Council and the Blackdown Hills Parishes Network.
