The Event: Conservation volunteering with Neroche Conservation Volunteers

Dates: 22 Nov 17

Location: Young Wood Community Woodland

9.30am to 3pm

Enjoy fresh air and beautiful landscapes, while helping conserve wildlife and helping others enjoy the natural world.

Neroche Conservation volunteer days are open to all.

This time, we will be generally improving the site facilities for use by groups spending time in the forest for bushcraft and woodcrafts.  We are aiming to improve habitats for wildlife, manage woodland in a traditional way, and improve the infrastructure of simple shelters and workspaces on the site. All tools and instruction provided.

Woodland entrance at ST 259 200.

Wear suitable outdoor clothes, and boots. Bring packed lunch and water. Hot drinks will be provided.

Please contact Neroche Conservation Volunteers at info@ncv.org.uk if you're planning to come along.
